Digital Asset Management (DAM) + Content Management System (CMS)
Asset Portal 4.0 represents the latest version of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system designed to support the rapidly expanding All of Us Research Program, the nation's most extensive health research initiative. This upgraded DAM system has been customized to handle the increased volume and demand for marketing assets, offering improved scalability and speed. Notably, it includes a customizable asset template editor, empowering users to personalize marketing materials with custom images, contact details, and logos. The system boasts a library of over 14,000 assets, encompassing documents, PDFs, images, logos, and videos. Managing this extensive repository involves overseeing user permissions, taxonomy, file administration, and conversion of design files for both static and co-branding purposes. Systems and tools: Intelligence Bank; PrintUI; Okta Single Sign-On; API; LiveChat; MailChimp; Wrike; AWS S3.
Introduced in 2023, the Asset Tracker is a recently launched system designed to monitor client-specific marketing assets requested via the Asset Portal. When clients need a customized marketing asset with specific content or dimensions not found on the Asset Portal, they initiate an Asset Request. The Asset Tracker system offers real-time updates, beginning with the request submission and progressing through review, approval, creative development, production, final asset approval, programming, and culminating in asset delivery. This revamped process ensures a more seamless, user-friendly, and transparent experience for both partners and the NIH. Systems and tools: Drupal; ReactJS; API; AWS; Wrike; Okta Single Sign-On; GitHub.
In response to the increasing use of QR codes, the QR Code Generator was introduced and launched in 2023. It provides All of Us Program organizations with a user-friendly, no-cost, subscription-free solution for creating and storing QR codes. The QR Code Generator empowers organizations to easily generate QR codes for embedding in their customizable assets. These QR codes drive digital traffic to online destinations, including microsites or lead-generation pages, facilitating their campaign outreach efforts. Systems and tools: Drupal; ReactJS; Okta Single Sign-On; GitHub.
